Dana McKenzie is a shareholder of Cheney-Hatcher & McKenzie. In addition to her mediation and collaborative law practice, she serves as a financial and social early neutral evaluator, parenting consultant, and custody evaluator. She has an extensive background in child support, having served as the Manager of Policy and Planning for the MDHS Child Support Enforcement Division, on the Board of Directors for the National Child Support Enforcement Association, on numerous state and federal workgroups related to child support, and as the co-chair of the Assisted Reproductive Technologies Subcommittee of the Minnesota Uniform Parentage Act Task Force. She is a frequent CLE and keynote speaker and writes a weekly appellate case law summary read by 700 family law professionals.
